We rebuilt it as a .NET Web API + Angular web app against the same database, with a full automated test suite. Estimated at two months, it was coded and QA'd in about three weeks, reconciled to the penny in side-by-side testing, and shipped roughly two weeks ahead of the original deadline.

We took over the app, finished it, and refactored the fragile custom code onto native iOS -- shipping in time for the Dallas distributor gathering. Twelve years later it's still in production, with new features still dropping cleanly into the original architecture.
